REFERENCES REQUIRED We require the following documentation before signing the lease: • Copy of PASSPORT(s)/or driving license(s) for all tenants • Signed current work references for all the tenants • Signed previous landlord references for all tenants • Signed work references for all tenants • Your Personal Public Services Number (PPS Number)
DEPOSIT AND FIRST MONTH RENT We require security deposit to hold the property for you as per invoice which we will send to you. First month’s rent (unless otherwise advised) has to be paid into Dial A Short Let’s bank account before handover of keys to the property. Dial A Short Let Account details are available upon signed the booking form.
STAMP DUTY When the rent exceeds €19,046 per year, the tenant is due to pay stamp duty (a government tax) of 1% of the annual rent plus €12.50 stamping charge.
RENTAL PAYMENT Must be paid by standing order as per lease agreement.
